License Renewal
As a business owner or the person responsible for overseeing the intricacies of the business, one thing you do not want to forget is the annual renewal of your alcohol beverage license. Alcohol beverage licenses must be renewed yearly in the municipality where the business is located. Generally, licenses expire on June 30th. The exception to this rule is the city of Milwaukee. Licenses in Milwaukee expire 1 calendar year after they were issued. For example: If the license was issued on February 1st, then it will expire the following calendar year on February 1st.

- Have all debts to Wholesalers, local Government Agencies, and Municipalities paid in full.

- Ensure your Seller’s Permit is up to date.
