Our Responsible Beverage Server training course (RBS) is just one step in obtaining your Operator’s License. Our course covers the required alcohol and tobacco training as required by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. After successful completion of our course, you will receive your official RBS training course certificate.
Absolutely! Please call us at 215-650-9038 or email admin@wisconsin-bartending.com. We will do our best to accommodate your budget.
We also provide a simple instruction sheet that will walk your servers and bartenders through the process of registering on our site and accessing the RBS course.
After successful completion of our RBS training course, you will take your RBS course training certificate with you to your municipality and apply for your Operator’s License. You must also meet the following requirements: be at least 18 years of age and meet criminal record requirements.
Note: An Operator’s License is only valid in the municipality that issued it.
The course takes approximately 4 hours to complete. You do not have to complete the course at one sitting. You can return as many times as needed as we save your course progress.
Yes. Our course is available on desktop and laptop computers as well as tablets (Apple Ipads, Microsoft Surface, etc) and on any smart phone device.
No. However, we recommend all servers and bartenders complete this training to learn about responsible service and keeping your patrons safe.
Successful completion of this RBS training course also allows you to apply for your Operator’s License. This is a good resumé builder when job hunting or asking for a pay raise in your current position.
Effective January 1, 2022 we are unable to offer refunds once you access the RBS Course.
